Nike+ - Day 6

Got another good run under my belt today - it's no wonder I used to be so skinny, because I just burnt over 400 calories in 20-odd minutes! If I can keep that up I'll be back to my old shape in no time. The legs are holding up well - have been taking ibuprofen to try and minimise any swelling that might happen due to me getting back into the swing of things. Planning on drinking lots of milk and eating lots of eggs (although there's no way I'm downing 6 in a glass at 4AM like good old Rocky Balboa used to)...
