McDonalds offering to help increase their employee literacy and numeracy rates

McDonalds have announced that they're to start offering exams in the workplace, in an effort to help their employees boost their basic skills. I think this is an absolutely awesome idea, as not only will it do the employees a world of good (and I hope as many of them as possible take up the offer), but it's also another great reason to quell the anti-capitalist cries of the McDonald haters.
