iPod / iTunes Games

Last nights' announcements by Apple regarding the new iPod / iTunes features have completely blown me away. There's something special about the way Apple brings longevity to their products - they seem to have perfected the knack of bringing a product back to life long after it was originally purchased.

For me, their iTunes Games offerings have reinvigorated my love of my iPod, and give me yet another reason to comfortably stop using Anapod Explorer (see my article 'Why I'm no longer using Anapod Explorer'). I quite happily gave away £8 for a copy of Vortex, and Texas Hold'em, and I'm so damn impressed! Texas Hold'em is a joy to play, and I can definitely feel myself splashing out more money as more games are unveiled. Well done Apple - they've rolled out yet another winner.
