Biking your ankles
Funny day today. My ankle odyssey continues, and the highlight of the day had to be getting laughed at, and generally heckled by a lady in a car for allegedly only wearing one sock. It turns out I was actually wearing a tubi-grip on my ankle, and no socks at all. The optical illusion that I had a sock on tricked her. Take that, shouty car lady! I maintain my status as Brighton's best illusionist.
Also bought a second-hand bike this evening - it's a bright yellow Concept 'FASTBack', with full suspension. It looks rather slick, but could do with a few upgrades. Gonna sort out a few rusty bits on it, get it serviced, and will probably upgrade the seat and grips. Apart from that, it's ready to rock.
